Wake Real Estate (“Wake”) is a private multi-family real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, ownership, rehabilitation, and management of multi-family properties throughout the western U.S.

Wake’s acquisition strategy is pursuing multi-family properties located in vibrant and high-growth markets. Wake pursues these acquisitions with the mission of generating competitive returns for its investors.

Within these markets, Wake looks to acquire properties with room to add value through our hands-on ownership and management, unit interior updates or renovations, common area enhancements, and/or hiring professional property management.
